Ok guys, question to all the hardware and electronics gurus out there I have an LCD monitor which, when plugged in my laptop, appears to work for a second or two - then switches to black (display working, backlights no). Does it everytime I connect it and then nothing can be done to fix, cable works good btw. I assume it can be a light broken, but it doesnt seem to show it in the first seconds it works, i.e. all display is lit good. Can be the backlight inverter, not that I really know how to find out if it is? Other than that any suggestions will be great
